CHANGE OF MIND
For reasons of hygiene, Bath & Body products cannot be returned.
Return is not accepted on Custom Orders.
Return may be accepted on non-custom bears or bags at the discretion of Bubbles, Bears & Other Wares. Items MUST be unused and in original condition. Return postage is at the buyer's expense.
All efforts are taken to ensure that photographs and descriptions reflect the nature and colour of the product as accurately as possible, but please be aware that colours may display slightly differently on different screens and devices. If you have any questions, please ask BEFORE you buy.
FAULTY PRODUCT
I take care to ensure the quality of my work, but understand that sometimes materials fail and sometimes humans do too. If you believe your product is faulty, or you are otherwise unsatisfied, please contact Bubbles, Bears & Other Wares ASAP and I will do all I can to rectify the situation, whether that be refund, replacement or repair.
Please be aware that exact replacement on bears or bags is often not possible, as much of my work uses limited edition and/or vintage fabrics.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
My products are formulated to be as mild and gentle as possible. Reactions are rare but can occur. In the event that you do experience an adverse reaction to a product, please stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice if needed. Please notify Bubbles, Bears & Other Wares as soon as possible and if you can, supply a photograph of the product label along with when and where you purchased the product.
